Using this website
This release has no enquiry form, customer account, checkout or artwork upload. It does not store your packaging brief in a website database. We have not added advertising or visitor analytics. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical connection information, such as IP address and request details, to deliver and secure it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Email, WhatsApp and external links
Opening an email or WhatsApp link does not send a message. If you choose to send one, Foldology receives the contact details and packaging information you include so we can respond and discuss your request. Your chosen service also processes it under its own terms and privacy notice. Instagram opens an external service. Please avoid sensitive personal or payment information, and discuss artwork requirements before sending files.
Handling an enquiry
We use enquiry information to respond to your request and take steps you ask for before a possible contract; business correspondence may also be handled for the legitimate purpose of managing enquiries. We do not add enquiries to a marketing list. Access should be limited to those handling the conversation. Information is kept only as needed for the enquiry and any subsequent legal or contractual requirements; ask us about retention or deletion for your specific correspondence. This website does not operate an automatic deletion schedule for external email or messaging services.
Manufacturing takes place in Pakistan. Contacting us does not automatically share your message with a manufacturer. Any later sharing of necessary information requires review of the purpose, recipients and appropriate safeguards.
Your questions and rights
You can contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, as applicable to your information and the reason it is held. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Further information and agreed terms will be provided before any later order; this website does not create an order or authorise production.
